2. Project enquiries and agreements

Sending an enquiry or receiving an acknowledgement does not book a project or create an agreement for creative services. Project scope, fees, timelines, payment terms, revisions, cancellation and usage rights are agreed separately in writing. Any packages, prices or examples displayed on the website are for discussion; your project quote and written agreement determine the terms of the work.

3. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and respect other people's rights. Provide accurate contact information and only send material you are entitled to share. Do not:

• Attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website or its services.
• Submit spam, malicious code, unlawful material or abusive messages.

Client films, music, logos and other portfolio materials remain subject to the rights of their owners.
