KADIMA operates this creative studio website at https://www.thekadima.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse our work, send a project enquiry or request studio updates. For privacy questions and requests, contact hello@thekadima.com.

2. Information you submit

The contact form collects your name, email address, project message and whether you choose to receive offers. The newsletter form collects your email address. Each submission also includes the page it was sent from. Any further information you include in a message is received with it. Please share only what is needed for your enquiry and avoid sending passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

3. Why we use your information

We use enquiry details to reply, understand your project and discuss any work you ask us to undertake. Choosing to receive offers or submitting the newsletter form requests studio updates. That choice is separate from receiving a reply to your enquiry. You can withdraw your request for updates at any time by emailing hello@thekadima.com.

4. Hosting and email delivery

Vercel hosts the website and Resend delivers form submissions to our studio mailbox. These providers and our mailbox provider process the request or message information needed to provide their services. Hosting services may record technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Submissions are received as email; the website has no customer accounts, online checkout or separate form-submission database. Newsletter requests are forwarded to the studio rather than automatically added to a mailing platform.

5. Analytics and browser storage

When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics provides aggregated information about visits, such as pages viewed, referrers, approximate location, browser and device type. Vercel describes this service as using a temporary request identifier rather than tracking cookies. Our form code does not send your name, email address or message to analytics. 6. Email records and retention

Enquiries and follow-up correspondence are managed in the studio mailbox. Retention depends on the enquiry, any resulting project and applicable record-keeping requirements. Email delivery and hosting providers also manage their own service records under their policies. Contact us to ask about the records associated with your enquiry or request deletion.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can browse the portfolio without submitting a form. Providing contact details allows us to reply to you; the offers checkbox is optional. Email hello@thekadima.com to ask about information you have submitted, request access, correction or deletion, withdraw a request for updates, or raise a privacy concern. We may ask for information needed to identify your enquiry before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve an ongoing project or dispute. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS, validates form inputs and applies spam and IP-based submission limits. These measures reduce risk, but internet transmission and email storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us if you believe information sent through the website has been misused.
